Talked to BH today. They finished with English, now maverick is learning all the commands in French. No clue why, I don't speak French. Wildrose said I'd have to get myself lessons.

A lady I used to work with tried to give me her cajun grandfather's dog after pawpaw had to go in the nursing home. I couldn't take it at the time. When she went to visit pawpaw in the nursing home she told him the dog was dumb as hell and wouldn't mind at all. He told her the dog doesn't speak english...only french. When she spoke french the dog was "spot on".
