$1,500 on Roulette
Gradually built up to it. Started with $50 and doubled every time I lost. Finally got my money back.

If you doubled your bet starting with $50 you would never hit 1500. It would go from 800 to 1600. I do like the practice of double when you lose and pocket when you win. As long as you start small and don't run out of money to bet or time you'll at worst leave even.
