re: 56mm scope, anyone use one?

I read that one...its not really for the magnification that im looking at a 56....more about low light. The mag ranges on the scopes im looking at are 2.5-15. One if the 56s is 5.5-22 so id probably drop to the 50mm in that one...I dont want that much magnification.

The negatives are:
1.) heavier
2.) higher up off the barrel
If you can live with those, do it. If you are just using it out of box stands or something and you don't have to carry it long distance why not?

Light recovery is from the tube size, not the objective.
