New business idea for New Orleans

Thinking about buying a bunch Rottweilers and leashes and renting them out by the hour to tourists for protection.
Set up shop like the lucky dog bums do.
Get all the hotels in on it....

What fricking tourist is going to rent a dog they can't bring into a bar or restaraunt, hotel, museum, cab, pretty much anywhere, plus they would have to feed and take care of it.
