People forget that Flynn was nothing special until about halfway through his senior year when the light came on. Learning to play qb takes game experience. If Etling can make a similar improvement he will be very good.

I agree with the fact that etling can improve for next year but Flynn may have struggled in the small appearances early in his career until the Peach Bowl in 2005 against Miami. He was excellent in that game.
