Injury Problems: Need Lineup Advice for the Semis

.5 PPR, We start both a RB/WR and WR/TE FLEX.

The last few weeks my lineup has looked like this. The guys in bold are causing my issues this week:

QB: Kirk Cousins at CAR
RB: LeSean McCoy vs CLE
RB:Mark Ingram (Q) at ARI
RB/WR: Jonathan Stewart at WAS
WR: Julio Jones (O) vs SF
WR: Jordy Nelson at CHI
WR/TE: Kelvin Benjamin (Q) at WSH
TE: Jordan Reed (Q) vs CAR
D/ST: Seahawks vs LA
K: Steven Hauschka vs LA

Here are my bench options:

Ben Roethlisberger vs SF
Taylor Gabriel vs SF
Corey Coleman at BUF
Ty Montgomery at CHI
Kyle Rudolph vs IND
Rashad Jennings vs DET
Vernon Davis vs CAR
Dion Lewis at DEN

I have already decided that I will start Taylor Gabriel in Julio's spot since Julio has been ruled out.

I'll stick with Jordan Reed and plug in Vernon Davis if he gets ruled out.

The problem is I don't really know what I should do with Ingram and Benjamin.
