I think Husk is overrated, I would recommend Halls, Edmunds Oast, Grocery or Obsinate Daughter.
I would make a point to go to Sullivan's Island, grab a burger at Poes and a Game Changer at Hometeam. Reds or Waters Edge on Shem Creek are worth a visit also.
I'm not very familiar with Folly, but Bowens Island is close and worth going to.

Alton Brown has a good seared steak online, just make sure you use an oil with a high enough smoking temp and you have a cast iron skillet.

Unfortunately, I have both. is it premature to drop one or both? Will either realistically come back? The Chargers and Jets are both out of playoff contention.

I've got Forte and Gore. I understand how bad Indy's run D is, but do I trust Forte? I feel despite the match up, Gore is consistent every week.
