Treating massive trauma to muscle and adipose tissue

Flipped 4-5x earlier and the seat belt did a number on my chest.
I have a cut across my chest, nd under the right arm there is extensive bruising. There also is a spot where I can press in with my finger nearly to the ribs. Can't do the same on the other side.
So am I gonna die of a hematoma or a fatty embolism?

Fat embolisms come from broken long bones, not from subcutaneous adipose tissue being traumatized causing fatty necrosis.
Can you really not normally feel your ribs?

I can normally not touch bone to the right of my pectoral muscle. I'm sorry I'm a man with muscle.
I also like cereal, bread, and steak. So there's some fat there too
