I just read the original lyrics and after the first lines, you're right. I stand corrected. She's being coy and really wants to stay.

That is the point of the song in 1944; society is telling her she should go but she wants to stay with him. She should leave but they both want to stay because "it's cold outside." Has nothing to do with date rape, only idiot liberals would think that.
