Def. atty. John Fuller calls PI David Olasky to the witness stand.

Olasky testifies that he interviewed a witness (named 'Weedy' no less) that was at the shooting scene. She told Olasky (heresay...) that she saw retired Capt. Ceravola remove a gun from the victim's car. However said winess 'cannot be located' and besides, a simple time line shows that Ceravola was not at the scene at the time. He was on video at the Windsor Court at that time.
