Can we just go ahead and make it a rule that any account of a shooter "standing over the victim" is false?
Consistently hear witness accounts of a shooter standing over the lifeless body of their victim and it's seemingly never what actually happened.

I mean it may have happened. im sure witnesses will prove it true or false.
