I'm calling this case now--the DAs office will lose as the evidence and facts are very flimsy along coupled with the stand your ground law.

Judge's clerk is reading the indictment returned by the GJ
Ct.1: Agg. criminal damage to property.
Ct.2: Att. Murder
Ct.3 2nd Degree murder

I'm position changed slightly yesterday on it but I still think he should walk. But it's unfortunate he is a dead man walking and already convicted
