I'd go with a 275/60R20, I have these in a Toyo AT2 on a 2015 4WD Sierra, with a level kit. they are the biggest that will fit stock with no rubbing, etc. I went with the Toyos because they weigh about 4 lbs more that stock tire, and wouldn't ride rough.

Nitto Ridge Grappler. Aggressive and super quiet

Had 35-12.50-20 Hankook Dynapro MT on my 2011 F150 got 70k on them. Aggressive enough for what needed weren't too noisy from what I thought and with the leveling kit and tire size it's only natural for a shitty ride. But I'd recommend them on a 1/2 ton.

I went with Bfg ko2 275/60/r20 on my 2016 Lariat. I like them. They look and ride good for an AT tire. Got them while Sears was running a buy 3 get 1 free deal. Was cheaper than other places and online.

I'm about to put 275/65/20 KO2's on my 2015 FX4

I'm a fan of the Toyo AT2. I've got about 60K on mine right now with some crappy gravel road miles on them.

I have the Toyo Open Country AT II and like them so far.

I have an 09 Silverado with a leveling kit I run 275/60r20. I just replaced my Toyo open country at 2s with nitto terra grappler g2s. For whatever reason my truck would sway side to side with the toyos on the highway. I haven't had that problem since switching to the nittos.

I've been pleased with my BFG Rugged Terrains. I have 31x10.50R15 on my Jeep, and they're not noisy, good tread life so far, and enough traction for what I need.
They make a 275/60 R20. About an inch larger than what you have now.
NTB is running a buy 3 get 1 free special on Nitto Terra Grappler G2 right now. You can also get those in a 275/60 R20.
