Yes. I know. I put a post up about how well read he is yeaterday.
He also talked Trump out of the stupidity of torture. He is exactly who we need. Someone who knows what they are doing, can be even keeled and merciful, but who can drop the hammer when appropriate.
If Democrats block him, they are crazy. With 25 seats up in 2018, moves like that over nothing would be stupid. Mattis is an American hero.
