I'd worry more about HS with girls then boys. You have the stuntman show, indiana jones, bunch of star wars, honey I shrunk the kids, toy story, etc. and that's just off my head. I don't have boys but I can't imagine they wouldn't enjoy the Frozen show, it was a very good show imo. Tons to do.
I would agree and I'm a Florida resident and have been for years so I've never done a week long type of trip there, but if I did I would definitely plan an easy day in the middle to rest and break up just going to the parks. Go to the pool, hang out, head to down town disney for dinner, or just stay in the room and the hotel.

My oldest son loves Frozen because of Olaf so we might check it out.
