Chop, thin cut, on the bone, grilled.

Tough to answer. I love all food.

Mexican probably.

Tough to say anything other than NYC.

N/A

I mean, I have the best meal I've ever eater, but I will never go back to the restaurant due to it's a once in a lifetime kind of place. Tough to pick one restaurant.

Broccoli, blanched.

15 - What is your least favorite vegetable and cooking method?
Brussel sprouts, any way.

16 - What is your favorite meat (cut and cooking method)?
Ribeye, medium rare.

Grilled chicken breast.

Tough to beat pizza, cold or reheated via oven.

Jambalaya is the fallback.

Boiled shrimp.

22 hour roasted ossobuco over saffron risotto with a lime/garlic aioli.
