Angelle is corrupt politico who plays the winds for his own financial gain, and Higgins is completely nuts. He runs around in a police uniform although he has been fired from every force he ever worked at and refuses to pay child support. The thief versus the deadbeat.

I voted for Rees in the general election but he didn't get close to either of these jokers.

That's a made up claim from the Angelle camp. His ex filled for child support the day after the primary. She is a friend of Angelle.
