As long as the beer fits within your caloric limit, I wouldn't stress over it. The science behind IF is widely debated, so I won't try to steer you either way. Based on what I've personally gathered, IF is a means to staying under your calorie limit without restricting too much what/how much you eat. Instead, you are only restricting when you eat. I don't really buy into IF increasing your "fat burning hormones", though plenty of people do, but I think it is a great too for staying under your calories, which in turn means losing weight

well it does make you release gh but causing the 176-191 amino chain to help in burning fat specifically belly fat but anybody that says it had some crazy effects from just the hormone release is dumb.

Like you said in the end if it fits your macros thats all that matters.

Lean gains works so good for a few reasons

*you are either working out fasted or you are carb backloading
*carb cycling
*calorie cycling
*mega protein

there are other things but thats the jist of it.

I always just recommend IIFYM combined with IF or low carb combined with IF. I find people tend to stick to one of these as they are pretty simple concepts.

I want to try intermittent fasting but it needs to be super easy for me to follow. Can you do that or do you have a link? Do I wake up and not eat for 6 hours, then eat whatever I want for 4 hours, then not eat until the next day?

Can one have a teaspoon of Metamucil and water, and black coffee when fasting on IF diet before you eat? I'm ok with 12-8 pm eating window, just wondering about drinking a teaspoon of Metamucil and black coffee.
