You know what coaches "dream" about? Having the best athletes and the best chance to play for championships. I never bought into that "dream" job stuff.

Is it possible Herman just wants the easier path? Namely not having to play a real schedule?

it is, but the Big 12 is going to get left out of the CFP again. That conference is about to implode.

They may keep strong if they win tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn't matter.

We put more players in the NFL then any other school

No guarantee this continues with a new coach. Including Herman.

The reason LSU put so many in the NFL is the system they learn in. LSU has ran and taught players the pro style system.

Not guaranteed to happen under other coaches

Texas has stuff that LSU can't offer

Players in NFL from State of Texas
160

Players in NFL from State of Louisiana
63

Schools in the State of Texas that recruit Texas well
6

Schools in the State of Louisiana that recruit Louisiana well
1

160/6 = 26.7 NFL level recruits per University
63/1 = 63 NFL level recruits per University

LSU has over twice as much talent available as UTw will ever see.

After watching today, I don't think he is worth 6 million.

Uh, there's a really good excuse. Like...we can't match Texas

I keep
Hearing this, but they're extremely hesitant to buy out the current coach/staff at $16 mil, strong wasnt getting top dollar, and his staff was #20 paid in the country.

Having money and spending it are two different things
