I believe I read somewhere that there is a clause in Jimbo's contract that says he's responsible for the assistants salaries if he leaves or something like that. No big deal if all your assistants are coming with you, but if they're not and there's 2 or 3years left on Pruitt's salary that could be a sticking point for Jimbo.
