This is really what it's about.

And, before the ban we had a "zero tolerance" policy.
Not one person could explain why that was not effective, other than "we didn't have the man power".

There was no medium or grey area discussed, no economic impact studies done. Nothing. It's elementary and short sighted governance at it's finest. And it's frustrating seeing all your clients and friends have a huge question mark on their financial plans this upcoming year.

Not one person on the council could answer how much should business owners that depend on SB tourism expect to be down this year.
