I love Ed Orgeron. I think he's done a great job. I respect and admire the man.

I just think there are better options on the table for us. It's nothing personal.

Is every candidate a risk? Of course. O is a bigger risk. Those are the facts.

I agree he is a risk .. but do you measure one against the other ?
I'd have to have "specific" candidates to make a good risk assessment.

All I see are overhyped coaches ...
so who is better ?
as I said, Herman lost to Navy and SMU

Fisher has 3 losses this year .. he got famous w Winston.

One thing needs to said here that nobody has commented on:
Unfair criticism is, well, unfair.
BUT, one of my criticisms of Orgeron is that he place HIMSELF in contention for the HC position (which, seems to me to have been unrealistic and a mistake). It may have been unfair to the team and the administration who put him in the interim position, which some regard as a position of trust.
Once he took that step, he knowingly placed himself in the crosshairs for every decision made and for the product on the field.
