a two year contract will hurt recruiting. the new coach needs a 4 year deal. I agree with the gist of your post but it depends on jimbo and hermans response to our offer. imo, herman is our best bet with jimbo being right there.
however, I like O a lot and part of me would be proud and happy if he gets the job. it's only football. I like LSU better than I like LSU football.
in any event, I will be pulling for LSU and whomever the coach is.
