How many registered Republicans in blue states didn't vote?

If popular vote meant anything, MANY republicans in heavy blue states would show up. Hell, it's not even worth the hassle to vote in the presidential election in California if you're republican. Only thing that would get me to the polls would be local issues and much of that would also be a waste of my time.

I'm in the Central Valley in California. I haven't registered to vote or plan to vote because I know the state is going democrat every election.
