Otherwise ignore them - perhaps even mock them - The only response to their tantrums should be akin to what you would do to someone's unruly kid disturbing the atmosphere in a good restaurant. Shame those who allow such behavior.

This. Ignore them and keep using the bully pulpit of the presidency and social media to push your agenda. We don't won't to make them martyrs.
