Well, he ain't banned or anything. Anyone eligible could go top 5.
I just don't think he's that attractive to a team with more pressing needs. My take is that teams drafting that high are teams that have to build, and you don't build around a running back. He's done by the time you get the rest assembled.

Now, he's prime tradebait- you might find a team with a good line and a QB in place, that might trade half their draft to add him into the mix.
