Never been to either of them, but have heard of both. Both sound very good, but their are a ton of great choices. You can pretty much stay in your area and find great dining choices. I don't know if either of these is worth driving out of the way for.

If you start walking East on SE Division from Woodsman, you'll run into some outstanding restaurants, such as Pok Pok, Ava Gene's, Whiskey Soda Lounge, Artigiano (food cart serving great old style Italian), Bollywood Theatre, Salt and Straw, etc...

Note: Artigiano is the only food cart that I know of that offers a fixed price tasting menu.
