Super weird explanation. How does this not open itself up for absurd extremes. I can just stand up straight right over the center who is crouched down and has his head between his legs. Then, the instant he snaps it I can just smash my hands down on him but "because I got on top of him" (which no shite because he's got his head between his legs and I'm standing up) it's legal?

If that is the true interpretation of the rule, then it's a terrible rule.

you cant line up directly over the center, so you cannot do that


when it comes down to it, the center needs to get his head up quicker.
