They did it without the Refs in their pockets, in fact they have bucked the SEC all season

Dude we got 125 yards the whole game . No amount of holding calls on Bama would have helped our offense score points. Bama was and is the better team.

No amount of holding calls

There were calls that were questionable against us, specifically he intentional grounding we were called for and they were not, there are more, that came at very crucial times in the game For Us, that went against us.

So the one I posted is just ONE damn example.

My bottom line is I "have let it go" but I have no intention of pretending otherwise what has occurred and is in fact in video.

Coach O beat the gumps, the shame is he doesn't get the press he deserves, he is a great coach

I am tired of the sanctimonious comments of many on this board. The offensive shortcomings by LSU do not justify the inconsistency in officiating. Yes, Alabama played great defense, but they were also allowed to play with reckless abandon including the hit on Etling while on the ground. The one time they were called for a personal foul ( in fact 3 personal fouls on one play) the officials conveniently " found" a nebulous reason to negate it with a phantom foul by an LSU player.

The personal foul on Devin White was very marginal , often not called when the runner is just stepping off of the field. IT is not a stretch to believe the call would likely not have been made if the teams were reversed. In that game and in that situation it should not have been flagged.

There were multiple opportunities to call holding in the OPEN FIELD on the game's only touchdown, yet not one official saw fit to make the call.

All of those questionable officiating calls or non calls had a profound effect on field position. Call holding on the TD and it likely becomes a FG game. Field position is magnified in that scenario. Certainly the offensive play calling would have changed for each team in that regard, but as we saw in 2011 anything is possible

In a one score game with five minutes left it is impossible to argue the inconsistency in officiating did not affect the outcome. It does not mean LSU wins, but at least the opportunity would have been enhanced.

For everyone claiming LSU wasn't going to do anything since we only had 125 total yards. Did you watch the game at all? You act like Alabama was running up and down the field on us.

The reason why Alabama had more yards is because LSU won the battle of field position and the yards they did accumulate was off of the refs.

Can you imagine a scenario where LSU's offensive line holds Jonathan Allen, Reuben Foster, and Tim Williams on the same play at the same time?

LF or Guice would go the distance for Six. LF almost went the distance without this scenario, but was tripped up by a falling Alabama player and of course, the infamous, referee who got in his way...

Would you like me to find the pics of LSU holding during the Ole Miss game? I mean really. You are the type of person that makes our fanbase look pathetic. Write the SEC offices or STFU. It's over stop crying about it. Btw, we lost 3 games so no we are not the best in the SEC.

Yeah, since you offered, find one pic of LSU holding Ole Miss that actually made a difference in the outcome of the game...dumbass!

Or you can STFU since you seem to know everything about football. The point I was making is Alabama did not do anything to defeat us without the benefit of the refs. This has been a "PATTERN" for a long time. So, I'm the type of fan that would like to hold someone accountable.

I bet you are the kind of guy that lets Lazy asses get away with everything at work and when one of your employees calls them out...you ignore it...You Troll!

You are so Hilarious! That holding penalty did on #71 on #3 did not affect the outcome of the game. LSU was going to roll Ole Miss regardless.

If anything #71 saved the life of #3 since LF would have trucked him on his way to a TD.

As far as the Hurts holding penalty goes, you have to go all the way back to the hit out of bounds that kept the momentum going. If the refs call a fair game, Alabama is punting with the score at 0-0.

Lmao.

1) I didn't address you unless you're the same person as the one i am speaking to.

2) so it's ok to hold as long as it doesn't make a difference. Got it.

I obviously know more than you if you watched LSU vs Alabama 2016 and you believe we lost because of the refs.

Ok...so take your complaints to the SEC offices. That's what O did. He didn't bitch about it for over a week now. Why? Because it does no good. It just makes you look like a whiny bitch because you're not solving a problem. You're just complaining and wanting pity for your team's shitty offensive performance.

You're dumb. Lol. This has no truth to it and has nothing to do with this conversation. So the refs are lazy asses, or Bama is? I mean Bama being "lazy asses" is just frickin hilarious. They're the best team in the country. Oh wait, according to a portion of our fanbase it's because they cheat. Truly laughable.

I said a fair game, Dumbass!

Meaning, Alabama is punting since they don't get the benefit of the hit out of bounds. Again, you act like Alabama's offense was so explosive in this game.

This was a 0-0 game going into the fourth quarter and only the refs decided the game. Did you watch the Arkansas game last night? Probably not since you aren't a True fan.

Well, Arden Key was being held all night with no calls. Also, do you really think SEC office cares about "right" and "wrong?" Of course, not they are only HQ in Birmingham.

LSU is the 2nd best team behind Alabama. Alabama is the better team overall, but let's not pretend their talent is Superior to our talent.
