I think a lot of Trump's Movement will be surprised at his Socialist tendencies, BH. The man is a realist, as is any successful private entrepreneur.
When I heard him say that "we are not going to just stand by a let sick people stand on the side of the street"...I knew what he meant. And I agree.
The only consolation that I found was in reading the book "Abundance". That 'light at the end of the tunnel'...thing. You know the rest of that adage.
Did your Old Man vote for Trump, B? Vexed on that choice likely.

I truly do not know. We never discussed the actual voting.
I know he is encouraged about the future. But, he would be that no matter who won the election.
He is a pragmatist and an optimist.
RE: the main point of this thread. I want Trump to work with ANYONE on any issue that he/she is willing to help.
If your daughter were in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant and the best donor were the Grand Wizard of the KKK....I'd HAPPILY fly him to the hospital several states away even if the entire trip he is calling me a "filthy neeger who should be hanged" as long as he is willing to make that marrow donation. I don't need to like him or marry him. We have ONE issue about which we cooperate. I'll cooperate on that one!
