Last night, I started a thread outlining my complaints about how stupid Hillary's campaign was. It came down to the fact that people like myself were never going to vote for her, because we felt completely alienated by her and the Democratic party. "Normal", non-LGBQT, white people have been made to feel like villains simply for being born white. They allowed the despicable BLM and the far left, safe space needing crazies to become their mouthpiece, and in the process made an entire voting bloc feel completely unwanted.

This board was right all along. Congratulations, especially to those of you who were genuinely on board from the very beginning.

The reason I've started another thread is to share with you a feeling that I guarantee you a lot of Americans are feeling right now. I have been very concerned for a long time that this country was moving way too far to the left - and at a pace that was simply hard to comprehend. This morning I woke up feeling excited about having my voice back - as a middle class white male - if that makes sense.

I did not like Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton, but I expected Hillary to win going away. And I was dead arse wrong. I am hopeful for a successful Trump Presidency that benefits all Americans.

It will be interesting to watch what the democratic party does. Do they even have it in them to "move to the middle" at this point? It's hard to see anyone there with even an inkling to do so. It seems most think going full bore on socialism (a lot of folks whining about Bernie not being given a shot) is the winning ticket.

You're spot on brother. This wasn't an aesthetic choice about what color curtains we wanted. This was a structural choice about the very serious cracks in the foundation.

Up to Trump now to fix them. He has an incredible, almost incomprehensible, mandate, but he's proven in the last few weeks to be a true patriot and truly gracious in victory.

I think this guy really is a modern day patriot. Let's help him get the job done

Saw this earlier...maybe it will make you feel better:

Britain: BREXIT was the most shocking thing any country has done to itself in recent history.

USA: Hold my beer and watch this.

This.

The PC movement has turned a lot of Americans off. She talks about an "inclusive" America, but she alienated a huge part of the country and even openly called them racist, xenophobic, sexist, and deplorable.

fantastic message and well put sir

here are my comments from last night

quote:

It's time to tone down the rhetoric, it's time to reach out & heal the wounds

This has been fun

But it's time to really make America great again

That means for EVERYBODY

I will have much more on this tomorrow, I was against Trump in the primaries, so I guess that makes me a "reformed cuck"

Fine - I will use this (and other) formats to push an agenda for a better America and a better future

Good night and sleep well fellow patriots - gird your loins for mercy and understanding of those that are devastated by tonight's results - we need them to make things better

______

We can enjoy this, and we can "gloat" for a day or two maybe (I won't)

But that does NOTHING to help make America great again

MOST of us pride ourselves on our "Christian values"

NOW is the time to demonstrate that

Was this about beating down the opposition, or was it about creating a better life for ourselves & our families? Is a better future for our progeny the end game?

We've saved the country and saved SCOTUS

It is incumbent upon us as the victors to find a way to make things better

Again, that's all I have tonight

MUCH more coming tomorrow

PS - I'm all about "draining the swamp"

Very well said. Same reason I changed my vote to Trump yesterday right before I voted. Hope I don't regret it. I have voted for a democrat every election until this one.
