I am not really in favor of trying to add to this team. I think you are looking at a 75-77 win team. I would not trade Albies, Swanson, Acuna or Maitan for Sale or Archer. If we do make a big trade it should be trading from the glut of arms for an Arenado type.

I wouldn't mind a few additions as long as they weren't mortgaging the future.
If Wieters price comes down enough, I don't think he'd be a bad addition and should finally be recovered from surgery
On the other hand, wouldn't mind trading a similar prospect or maybe bullpen arm to get a young catcher (Barnes w the Dodgers comes to mind).
I think there are some minor moves that could make the team better in the short term that would make the foundation stronger long term.
