Because he's been right before. IMO he's proven himself to be informed an I appreciate that he was willing to share with the board.
But there's always got to be some dick head on this board who can't just decide to take the info at face value or say "thanks but I'm not sure I buy it." If you don't believe him, just shut the frick up and move on.

I mean come on, he was kind of soaking up the attention he was getting. He wasn't even catching that much shite to get so ruffled he just quits. Most of the bickering was pro O vs no O people, I don't see his gripe.
