As with most all comments from the general public concerning highway construction, you have no clue what you are talking about. TxDOT decides when the signs get pulled. If TxDOT has not directed them to be pulled, it means the project has not been accepted and there is quite likely work remaining. Ignore the signs and you have coming what you deserve.

2 months after the fact all I can see that remains from the construction is less than a dozen orange cones with no rhyme or reason toppled over in the median and no workers found for months. This is a great revenue boosting speed trap is why they have it up.
