The thing that I appreciate about O the most.

Coach has been great about knowing his job and getting out of the way for everything else. He's a great motivator and that's where he focused his energy. He lets assistants do their jobs and actually is open to suggestions. Almost everything he's done so far has been a result of someone else's expertise, making him actually pretty dangerous because I watch every week not 100% sure what we'll come out doing.
Not saying he should be head coach, but I appreciate him not being so stubborn.

I love Coach O. I think he realizes that his entire future rides on this ending. Not many people get opportunities like this. He knows that he will never again get another chance to get a trial run at a school like LSU. That makes him very scary to other teams and very unpredictable.

Miles' biggest vice was doing something that didn't work... over and over and over. Keep doing the same thing, but expecting different results shows stupidity.

I noticed at the end of the ole piss game with less than a two minutes left, he was still coaching. He was in the ear of Pete and the D-line saying "FINISH"
Still coaching and motivating with a 17 point lead...

Also, he had the humility to realize what didn't work at Ole Miss and turned that into a successful run at USCw and so far LSU. The best coaches change and adapt. I don't care about making the flashy hire of the off season. We have a guy that will lock down the state in recruiting, is an amazing manager and motivator, and knows how to maximize the talent of the coaches around him. Considering we can bring in the best assistant coaches in the country he's starting to seem more and more like the perfect fit. He wants to continue to move LSU forward.
If he finishes the season strong, give the man the job
