No, you're just simple. I get it now. Doesn't take much to make you happy.

It doesn't take much to make me happy...because I'm not a miserable prick.

Maybe one day I can reach your level of brilliance.

Another poster already posted for me a break down of just how misleading your list was. The opener against Whisky?

Yea, I had an absolute blast that entire weekend. I had a blast at the game. I enjoyed watching the Tigers win after being on the brink of losing.

And that ole miss game was Tiger Stadium at it's best too.

quote:

You're just a simple person with very low expectations

My expectations are national championships. For being so complex, you sure like to use the same word over and over again.

I'll take being "simple" over being a chicken little melter any day of the week.

quote:

Just entertain me, and I'll be happy. Winning is secondary.

So let's get this logic straight.

I think winning is fun.

I listed a group of games that LSU won.

I had fun at those games.

But winning is secondary. Got it.

Never change.

Only a dumbass would be happy with this tenure of LSU football.

Its the best tenure in lsu history.

#1 win % in lsu history
2 of lsu's 4 title game appearances
#1 ooc win in sec history
5 top 10 finishes.
As many top 5 finishes as Saban, Mac and Dietzel combined.
Since the creation of the sec only 7 coaches have a better % and Miles did it during the most dominant era of sec football ever.
Since his hire no programhas beaten more ranked teams than lsu.
Youre a shite lsu fan if youre not hapoy with the best tenure in lsu history during the most dominant era of sec football ever.

Again, during Miles tenure 3 other sec programs have multiple national title game appearances and miles still has the best win % in lsu history.

Do you know how many sec programs, with national title game appearances, saban faces at lsu? Zero

Going to try this one insult-free because it's getting tiring now.

I'm not talking about fun before and after the game with friends. I'm talking about having fun watching the product on the field. To me, it's not fun watching a team with superior talent play sloppy, vanilla football against weaker opponents, knowing when we play the big time SEC schools, it will end in defeat.

Wow, thanks for clearing that up for me.

K

I get it.

Winning is secondary to you.

News flash: For being so "simple", I can hold multiple thoughts in my head. I can enjoy a comeback victory and have fun, while also having issues with how the team played.

One of those was such a proud moment and the death of Miles' tenure. Not exactly a proud moment.

Music Bowl. Capitol One Bowl. Chik-fil-A Bowl. Texas Bowl. Like every year. So exciting.

This is your mistake. 7 sec programs have as many or more players drafted the last 2 years as lsu.

Bama's 2016 draft class alone is almost as big as our last 2 classes combined.
There are multiple sec teams that recruit just as well as lsu.

Winning is the most important thing there is in a game, but I'm not going to pretend that each win was an enjoyable experience and made me optimistic for the harder teams down the road.

Especially when the same LSU team with the same poor coaching trotted out every Saturday and while they won (against weaker opponents), you never felt good with what you watched.

And then they played Bama, Ole Miss, and Arky and reality set it.

Losing in the national title game is better than not making it.

I guess you just glossed over the other things.

Youre football ignorant if you think miles' tenure wasnt a huge success.
If you were not happy with the success of his tenure then no coach in lsu history has made you happy. Its like you dont remember lsu playing like shite under saban.

I absolutely don't disagree with this....but no matter what the reason is the atmosphere is TS is what it used to be and I think that's what people are saying. LSU could go a long way to getting a lot of it back if they sold beer and whiskey in the stadium....but that has been true forever.

Crazy thing about my simple mind Zombie:

I'm capable of holding multiple thoughts in my head at a time. I can enjoy and celebrate a come from behind victory that keeps the goals for a season alive, while also having issues with how the team played.

Let's take baby steps here:

Did you enjoy watching the LSU-Auburn game in Tiger Stadium? The one where LF7 went nuts.

And about the Saints talk shite: on non game-days, you're a rational and sane poster. But your reputation for gameday meltdowns is well known by any regular.

Yeah miles dominated them.

Florida( 5-1 in the last 6)
Auburn (8-4 during his tenure)
A&m nothing needed.

You clearly dont pay attention to the rest of the sec

Wait..... You said getting to the NC game means NOTHING because you are voted into it. Make up your mind. And btw it's not that we lost. It's HOW we lost..... That was a horrible display by LSU that night. Especially after beating them a few weeks before.

I never said it was meaningless.i said the sec title meant more to me because you're not voted into it. No amount of bias can keep you out of the seccg.

There is losing a hard fought game, and then there is not being prepared and embarrassed.

Not many fans celebrate our participation in that shellacking.

The last two games under Coach O have made me happy. Good, fundamental, and exciting football with the offense and defense playing up to par with what we expect.

My god. You do realize that you can look this shite up before posting ignorant shite, right?

Before miles got to OSU they had 1 winning season from 1987-2001.
Miles had 3 winning season in 4 years.

He had more success at OSU THAN SABAN HAD AT MICHIGAN STATE. Saban won more than 7 games 1 time at MSU. EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT CFB.

So like one game in that three years could be considered fun, and that makes all the other games tolerable? I'll relent and say yes, it's always fun to beat Ole Miss, especially when ranked.

Again, I enjoy any time we give Auburn a beat down. LF's runs had me standing and cheering, getting watch something like that live. That one game doesn't make up for the rest of the season or the other games.

It's always Fool's Gold with Miles
