My friend is trying to get us tickets to ole miss game and asked me why there were so many tickets available in North end zone section 236? I'm not familiar with tiger stadium so could someone give me advice about this section..

It's always mysteriously empty, if that's the place I'm thinking about

It's where Ole Miss' dreams go to die.

there are some good seats in the NEZ, as the sun is not in your eyes, etc. not a deal killer, but the student section and the band are in that endzone. I have sat in good seats in that endzone, but just be sure you don't get directly behind the band unless you enjoy gazing at the back of a fricking tuba for four hours.

236 is usually reserved for students. However, when the ticket office feels students won't use up the entire student section, they begin selling tickets to the general public beginning with 236.

For the final game of the year after Thanksgiving, they usually sell 228-236 to the public. Even in 2011 they did that and it was #1 vs. #3.

There is some seating that goes to the med school students in the north east part of the endzone. At least that's what I was told. If so it would seem likely they would be busy more often than many students

I'm not scared of section 236. But you ain't got no business going there, anyhow. So stay out. You hear me? Stay out!!!!
