There is no case where Florida getting an extra win will help them, but many cases where them getting an extra loss will hurt them. Tennessee holds the tie breaker against Florida. If both teams finish with 1 loss, Florida at 6-1 and UT at 7-1, Florida can't earn a trip to Atlanta by getting to 7-1. Maybe a 3 way tie can help? Nope, UGA already has 2 losses, so for a 3 way tie at 6-2, UGA would have to beat UF, meaning both UT and UGA would have the tie breaker. Maybe a 3 way tie with UK? Too many scenarios to evaluate there, but very unlikely UF will come out ahead.
