Not totally, but all the lamps in the house are now LED bulbs. We have a few fixtures that are halogen type bulbs so those won't change unless we'd change the fixture. Also have spots in recessed cans that are not currently LED's, those as they burn out will likely be replaced by them.
As for bill, nah...they're really not on enough to notice any drop in the bill. AC is the biggest draw for us. As for lasting, yeah...they do seem to last. In fact, I've even returned two or three over the past couple of years that had a 10 year warranty and failed. Brought them back to Home Depot and switched them out. PITA to have saved the UPC and receipt, but worth it. In the end I tended to switch them out because I have to deal with them far less often...so that's enough for me.
