2016 Battle for the Paddle

Featuring "Cowboy Mouth"
Can you cook? Do you make the best gumbo or the best jambalaya?
Test your skills! Enter the Battle, and win the Paddle!
This is a fun, family event that invites family, business, and industry teams from across the region to compete for the titles of "Best Jambalaya" and "Best Gumbo".
Any team who wants to try to win the paddle is invited!

Registration: $150 through Thursday, September 29, 2016

Nope, not this year....teaching a challah/braided breads class that night. But it's a great food deal for spectators. There is always plenty to go around.

awesome, can someone tell me how to use the Cajun calculator to figure out how many stewed tomatoes I need for my Jambalaya?

I'm cooking in it. I've used the calculator many times but not on this large of a scale.
