Oh give me a fricking break.
So at 17, he could legally frick her but can't see a nude pic of her?
Laws are fricked up.
Not that he wanted it but I'm sure he at least looked.
Yeah, those laws are fricking retarded. Didn't a teenage girl get hit with a possession of child porn because she had nude pics of herself on her phone?

It's stupid puritanical "for the children" laws like this that piss me off to no end.
There is no logic behind them.
I was told once "if you're old enough to drive to the store you're old enough to get bred".
throughout most of history, by 16 you were either pregnant or training to fight in a war.
You are not a child anymore in your mid teens.
You may be stupid as hell, but let's not act like they are little kids still.
The fact that two teenagers sending some racy pics back and forth could get them on a sex offender list or worse is absurd.
I mean, guys and gals of the OT, are you telling me that at 16-17 you weren't diddling some kitty any chance you got?
If you can see it with your eyes it isn't much different than seeing it on a screen.
It's just easier for everyone else to see it too.
High time we had a real conversation about the reality of today without the moralistic grandstanding
