Boudin burger Boudin patty, smoked ham and provolone with "special sauce" that sounds like a remoulade.

That just doesn't look good to me, but eating rice between a bun doesn't appeal to me either. The ham looks too thick. Cheese isn't melted.

Not very good and expensive($8). One thin piece of ham, provolone and average remoulade. Also too much bread to meat ratio. They have very good meat pies and cracklings

I cant bring myself to try it either. I love the boudin, cracklins, pepperjack boudin balls, and most of the plate lunches, but most of their extras like the boudin roll, gumbo, boudin king cake, etc are not very good.

Eta : i still love this place. I eat here all the time and tell other folks to do the same.

I still have not been able to go back after getting some boudin that smelled like feces.

It's burger stuffed with boudin, but boudin inevitably gets mixed in the meat. He makes it with sausage meat, beef, or chicken. I like to get it with pepper jack cheese.
