If you have a job in manual labor, sure. Only thing I have to worry about is Ring Avulsion.

Is this seriously something to worry about? I would bet if what the doc said is actually true, then there is probably some obscene times when having the titanium ring would actually save your hand/ finger too.

Neil Armstrong lost a finger when his ring caught on something when he jumped down from the bed of his truck, more than one person has lost a finger when their ring caught in the net playing basketball. I hung my ring on a overhead ladder doing pull ups at a gym, fortunately I was able to pull up with the other arm and take the weight off and free it. Rings are a general hazard no matter what you do.

Getting married in November.

I know the odds are slim to none but after googling pictures of ring avulsion I'm officially freaked out.
