He admitted in his press conference on Monday that he tried to micromanage too much, and got involved with areas of football where he wasn't very knowledgeable.

Don't know. However, he said in his initial press conference that he learned from his mistakes in his previous HC position at OM. He stated that he tried to do everything and coach every position. Now, he's going to let his coaches coach and hold them accountable. This is the major difference.
