I've always wondered how/when/where Coach O got that nickname. Anyone know?
Oh and another thing, I've heard people pronounce it two ways: "Beebee" and "Baybay", which of these is the correct pronunciation? I've always said it the 2nd way, need to know if I've been making myself look like an idiot

These guys are only trying to make a fool of you.
Its pronounced "BeeB" like "Bee" with a "B" at the end. He got the knickname playing football.
Yell out "Smack 'em down, Beeb" when the team walks down the hill on gameday, and I'm sure you'll get his attention.
