Kelly left the Ducks by mutual consent. He had burned too many bridges with the big money boosters & openly expressed his dislike with that aspect of being a HC in college. He is not married & according to critics in Philly, has one life, football; i.e. zero person skills & to be a HC in college you have to smooze the alums, recruits, families. He hated that part of it according to an article in S.I. right after he left.

He'd pull recruits on his NFL acumen and Oregon success alone, and he's good enough to guarantee the slickest scoring offense in the SEC on the first day he arrives.

Chip Kelly would be my #1 pick, but I don't think he'll be available. Then again, nobody thought Saban or Harbaugh would be available, either ...
