For me, I find what makes most seem to like Russilo is what makes me indifferent towards him.
Everyone talks about he's like a normal dude who you can talk football with. But that's not really the guy I want to hear on sports radio for 3-4 hours.
When I listen to him, it's mostly just take it or leave it, as I don't dislike it but never come away thinking I really liked it.

I think RR has a good take on things, he's not over reactionary to everything like most ESPN personalities seem to be these days...
