Yes, he'd still be starting.
If they beat Wisconsin, he would've had much more time to produce last week. He would have eventually started to move the ball some.

That's not what he's saying. It took losing an opener for Les to feel the heat under his seat despite all the crap that happened last year. The fans were screaming for blood and when Harris stumbled out of the gate last week Les had to make a change.
What OP is asking is if we'd won the Wisconsin game and Harris still struggled out of the gate last week but we managed a win, would he still be the starter. The answer is yes because Les would point to a 2-0 record while promising the O is going to get better. You can say that at 2-0, but nobody wanted to hear it at 0-1 and he knew it.
