how many programs can realistically expect to win a title? 15?
Until Saban leaves Bama, no one in his division should expect to win one, honestly. That's not to say it can't or won't happen, but I don't expect anything but a fight for 2nd place.

Is there a program that lives up to those expectations?
Bama and then who?
