Count me in... We have 6 gigs. I have my son's and wife's phones operating on wi-fi only. I know I don't use up 6 gigs of data per month.
I do believe they are screwing their customers. We could be sitting around not even on our phones and we all get the text message saying we are down to 10% of our data plan.

Never had a problem with Verizon data over limit fees. Now AT&T will try to screw you over every which way possible. I'm still shocked people actually have AT&T after the flood.

I'm glad I still have my unlimited data plan with Verizon. They're some bastards.

I've had the same problem with Verizon. In the wee hours of the morning daily my wife's iPhone would use 200 mb despite it just charging. I think it had to do with cloud back up. I changed the app settings for a number of things and it's been better.
You can also edit auto video play settings for things like Facebook and Instagram
And as people mentioned disable cellular data for some all apps you don't use when remote. Only apps I let use cellular data are Apple Music, email, waze, chrome, and Facebook
